1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Carpe Diem Technology Solutions (“Company”) collects, uses, and protects information within the Atlas Dashboard internal platform (“Platform”).

2. Information We Collect

The Platform collects employee directory information, timesheet data, and business operational data necessary for internal Company functions. Microsoft 365 account information is accessed via authorized API integration.

3. QuickBooks Online Data

The Platform accesses QuickBooks Online data including chart of accounts, vendors, customers, employees, and classes via Intuit’s authorized API. This data is used solely for internal reconciliation and reporting. No QuickBooks data is shared with third parties or used for any purpose outside of internal Company operations.

4. How We Use Information

Information collected by the Platform is used exclusively for internal Company business operations including employee management, time tracking, project management, and financial reconciliation.

5. Data Security

The Platform is hosted on private infrastructure accessible only to authorized Company personnel. All data transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS. Authentication is provided via Microsoft Entra ID.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of business need and in accordance with Company data retention policies.

7. Third Party Services

The Platform integrates with Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks Online. Use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
