End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Carpe Diem Technology Solutions (“Company”) for use of the Atlas Dashboard internal platform (“Software”).

2. License Grant

The Company grants authorized employees and contractors a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not share access credentials, attempt to reverse engineer the Software, or use the Software for any purpose outside of authorized Company business activities.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

The Software integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s authorized API. Access to QuickBooks data is read-only and limited to authorized administrators. Data is used solely for internal reconciliation and reporting purposes.

5. Data Usage

Data accessed through this Software is used exclusively for internal business operations of Carpe Diem Technology Solutions. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon the end of your employment or engagement with the Company.
